Kissed by BO | Custom & Commissioned Denim Terms & Conditions

By commissioning a custom denim piece from Kissed by BO, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Custom Order Process

• All commissioned denim pieces begin with an initial consultation via email to discuss design details, including style, fabric, embellishments, and any additional elements.

• Clients are encouraged to provide reference images, mood boards, or lookbooks to ensure alignment on design vision.

2. Payment & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the commission and initiate the design process.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full upon completion of the piece before it is shipped or delivered.

• An email or text with final images of the completed piece will be sent before the final payment is due.

3. Turnaround Time & Production

• Turnaround time varies based on design complexity and material availability. The estimated completion timeline will be discussed during the consultation.

• Any unforeseen delays (e.g., fabric sourcing issues) will be communicated promptly.

4. Approval & Final Payment

• Once the custom piece is completed, the client will receive final approval images via email or text.

• Upon receiving final payment, the item will be shipped or scheduled for pickup.

5. No Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations

• Due to the custom nature of each piece, all sales are final.

• No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted once the commission has been confirmed and production has begun.

6. Intellectual Property & Design Rights

• All custom designs remain the creative property of Kissed by BO.

• We reserve the right to showcase completed pieces in our portfolio, website, or social media unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate measurements and clear design expectations.

• Any design changes after production begins may result in additional costs and extended turnaround times.
