At Kissed by BO, many of our pieces are handcrafted, made to order, or created as limited releases. We appreciate your patience as we thoughtfully create your order.
Shipping
Ready-to-ship items typically require 2–3 business days for processing before shipment.
Made-to-order and custom pieces have individual production timelines listed within each product description.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent via email when available.
Estimated Shipping Times
• Domestic (U.S.): 2–5 business days
• International: 2–4 weeks
Please note that shipping timelines may vary during holidays, limited releases, and high-volume order periods.
Returns
Due to the handcrafted, personalized, and made-to-order nature of many of our products, all sales are considered final.
We do not offer refunds on:
• Made-to-order items
• Personalized products
• Custom or commissioned projects
• Wearable art pieces
• Original artwork
• Limited-release items
• Deposits for custom work
If a refund is approved under special circumstances, only the item purchase price will be refunded. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We want you to feel confident in your purchase and are happy to review exchange requests for eligible items.
Exchanges may be approved for:
• Size exchanges (eligible ready-to-wear items only)
• Incorrect item received
• Damaged item received
• Shipping errors
• Verified product defects
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Items approved for exchange must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• Returned with all original tags attached
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
• Made-to-order pieces
• Personalized products
• Custom commissions
• Original artwork
• Wearable art created specifically for a customer
• Limited-release items unless damaged or defective
Custom & Commission Work
For eligible custom projects, proofs may be provided before production begins.
Revisions will be made within an agreed-upon timeframe prior to final approval.
Once final approval is received, production will begin and deposits become non-refundable.
Store Credit
In select circumstances, store credit may be issued at the discretion of Kissed by BO.
Approved store credits are valid for 12 months from the original purchase date and will be delivered electronically.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
