Shipping/ Returns and Exchanges

Shipping:

All orders takes a at least a two day processing time

Shipping occurs Tuesday  and Fridays unless otherwise specified, at which an email will be sent out. 

If order is placed on Friday after 2pm, it will then be shipped the following Tuesday

2-5 days: Domestically

2-4 weeks: Internationally

Tracking if avaiable will be provided in a confirmation email.

Returns:

Kissed by BO honors our commitment with delivering high quality products therefore, unfortunately, ALL items are nonrefundable 

There are no refunds or exchanged on commission projects that includes: apparel, as well as paintings.

Deposits are non-refundable with commissioned projects as well.

With made to order items/commission work a a proof will be emailed/ texted to the customer with multiple revisions  to the clients satisfaction. Revision will be made within a one week time frame to start production in a timely fashion.

If for any reason a refund is rendered, the amount will only be for the item amount, not shipping fees.

Exchanges:

Exchanges can be made within 48 hours from your purchase date. 

Within 48 hours of the purchased date- email kissedbyboboutique@gmail.com, or call/ text 614.859.0829 with the items wanted to be exchanged for and we will process your exchange request

-You can not exchange made to order request- 

-With made to order items as well, a proof will be emailed to the customer with multiple revisions to the clients satisfaction.   Revision will be made within a one week time frame to start production in a timely fashion.

 

 

Store Credit

If we have not yet gained your satisfaction, a store credit will be issued, at which the person who bought the item will have a 12 months to redeem from the date of purchase. 

An email will be sent with a store credit, to be redeemed in a one year time frame.  

 

***kissed by BO ltd. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable though kissed by BO will handle the shipping and handling costs associated with exchanged merchandise.

In order for the store credit and/ or exchange to be honored merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with all original tags attached.

Final sale items are not eligible for store credit or an exchange
