RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Every KISSED BY BO piece is created and selected with intention. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, while also honoring the time, artistry, and craftsmanship behind our wearable art.
KISSED BY BO does not issue refunds. Eligible merchandise may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of the delivery date.
During the holiday season, eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for an exchange or store credit, merchandise must be:

Unworn and unwashed

Free from stains, odors, makeup, and signs of wear

Unaltered and in its original condition

Returned with all original tags attached
KISSED BY BO reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.
Exchanges are subject to product and size availability. If your requested item is unavailable, you will receive store credit to use toward a future purchase.
MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES
Made-to-order pieces purchased in a standard size are eligible for an exchange or store credit, provided they meet the return requirements above.
Because production begins specifically for your order, made-to-order purchases cannot be canceled once production has started.
CUSTOM & COUTURE PIECES
All custom and couture purchases are final sale.
This includes pieces created using your personal measurements, customized designs, special materials, requested alterations, or other details selected specifically for you.
Custom and couture pieces are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom and couture pieces

Clearance merchandise

Discounted items

Items purchased during a promotion or with a promotional code

Bodysuits and other intimate apparel
Final-sale terms will also be noted on the applicable product page when possible.
RETURN SHIPPING
APPROVED RETURN REQUESTS
After reviewing your return request, KISSED BY BO may authorize you to send the item back. If authorized, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label or local drop-off instructions.
Return authorization does not guarantee an exchange or store credit. Once the item is received, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets our return requirements. Eligible items will then receive the approved exchange or store credit.
Please do not ship or drop off merchandise before receiving return authorization and instructions from KISSED BY BO.
All returns must be submitted through our online Returns Center:
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an email with instructions for returning your merchandise. Please do not send an item back before receiving return authorization.
After your return is delivered, it will be inspected for signs of wear, damage, alterations, or use. Approved returns will receive store credit by email.
Please allow up to seven business days after delivery for your return to be inspected and processed.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within three days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item so our team can assist you.
UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS & RETURNED PACKAGES
Please confirm that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
If an order is returned to KISSED BY BO because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
If you choose not to have the package reshipped, eligible merchandise will be issued as store credit, minus the original shipping costs . Custom, couture, and other final-sale items remain ineligible for store credit.
By completing a purchase with KISSED BY BO, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Exchange Policy.
