How do I wash the jacket?
- Depending on what is customized on the jackets you can wash it normally, if it is bleached and/or distressed, with no embellishments.
- Though if the jacket has embellishments, and or is hand-painted we suggest spot cleaning or taking it to the dry cleaners.
Will someone have the same jacket as me?
- With kissed by BO custom denim jackets, no one will have the same jacket as you. Each jacket is handcrafted with its purposeful theme, essentially these are one of a kind of jackets
Do you do made to order jackets?
- Yes, you can email your request, and we can create a made to order jacket for you, with jackets we have on hand, also with items you have purchased that you would like to be custom.
- Email kissedbyboboutique@gmail.com, subject line; “made to order”- add your request in the body. Once the request is sent, next steps the client will send inspo pictures, and text describing what they would like to have on their jackets. After the inspo is sent, a proof will be emailed to the client, (there can be multiple revisions to said proof until approval is made) once approval is made then the production will start.
- Made to order takes up to a week in a half to produce. Payment must be made upfront.
Can you remake a jacket seen on social media, that is already sold?
- With our jackets being custom, we pride ourselves with serving our customers with exclusivity, therefore unfortunately we are not able to do so. But there are always new jackets arriving every month. Also check out our made to order request. (Email kissedbyboboutique@gmail.com, subject line; “made to order”- add you request in the body)

Are there any new, non-custom pieces available?
- Yes, Kissed by BO is in the works of building our denim shop with more than custom/ denim jackets, where we will be adding high end denim pieces to the shop.
- As well as out barely basic collection- which consist of items that are essentials to wear with the kissed by BO pieces
Can a gift card be used?
- Yes, we accept all major credit cards on all items. We also offer kissed by BO gift cards.
How long does it take to process an order after purchase?
All orders takes a at least a two day processing time
Shipping occurs Tues and Fridays unless otherwise specified, at which an email will be sent out.
If order is placed on Friday after 5pm, it will then be shipped the following Tuesday
2-5 days: Domestically
2-4 weeks: Internationally
Tracking will be provided in a confirmation email.
All items will be insured with signing to receive the item.
